Fun With FantaMorph

If I want to e-mail my newly created warp video, what format/size would be recommended? I am very new to all this so if possible give me a step by step.

It is recommended to export your morph as Animated GIF, Flash or EXE. See more at http://www.fantamorph.com/how_to_choose_exporting_format.htm.
