Fun With FantaMorph

We have FantaMorph installed on 19 computers in a school lab and have a problem on all of them.

When students import sound into their morph and preview it the sound does not play. It plays as a stand alone mp3 track and it plays on the exported morph but not in the program itself.

The computer teacher has reported when she tries as her user it works but she is an admin.....sounds like a permissions issue? However there is 1 student who it seems to work for but no one else.

Any help or advice greatly appreciated as I have changed permissions to domain users having full rights to the Abrosoft folder but that does not seem to have helped.

It's really a strange problem.
Since we can't reproduce this problem in our network environment, please describe more about how you install the FantaMorph software, how the students launch the software and how they add the sound file.
On the students computers, if you can't play a sound file in FantaMorph, can you play the same file with other software link Windows Media Player?
If there is 1 student who it seems to work for, can you compare this computer with the others, why this works but the others not?
