Can't Upgrade From Earlier Version

I'm trying to upgrade from version 4 Deluxe. The upgrade page only offers "lesser" versions (i.e. SE to Deluxe). How do we upgrade from 4 Deluxe to 5 Deluxe? (or earlier/other versions for those who need it)
Please hurry! I want to get rid of the watermarks!!

We plan to send out the upgrade notification emails in the next week, but it seems you can't wait to upgrade to the new version right now.
I have just sent you the upgrade link via PM (private message). Please check it.

Ha, I hate to jump on the bandwagon, but could you also send me the upgrade link from 4 Deluxe to 5 Deluxe?
I'm also pretty excited about the new version.
